Yes. All products are dermatologist-tested and formulated without common sensitisers. They are hypoallergenic and free from synthetic fragrance, parabens, and harsh sulphates.

Our key Thai botanicals — mangosteen rind extract, centella asiatica, and turmeric — are sourced directly from certified farmers in Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai provinces.

Once daily is ideal for most women. If you're particularly active, twice daily is fine. We do not recommend more than twice per day.

No. Like all intimate washes, our product is designed for external use only — the external vulvar area. The vagina is self-cleaning.

Bangkok and Greater Bangkok: 1–2 business days. Regional Thailand: 2–4 business days. Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays are dispatched the same day.

Yes, always. All orders are shipped in plain kraft boxes with no product names or descriptions visible on the outside.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us at contact@healthspan.co.th.

Contact us within 14 days of receipt. Sealed, unopened products can be returned for a full refund. Opened products can be exchanged.

You can cancel at any time by emailing contact@healthspan.co.th with "Cancel Membership" in the subject line.

Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. As long as you make at least one qualifying purchase per year, your points remain active.
